An evidence-based, user-centric website
A navigable, user-friendly website can’t be built just on guesswork. To begin creating Fetcher’s sitemap, we used insights from customer interviews and reviews combined with our custom website structure process, which helps us anchor our sitemap in business and user goals. Finally, we extensively tested our first versions of the site to incorporate real user feedback before releasing the site to the world.
The outcome? A website perfectly tailored to users with a clear mission, unlocking the secret to boosting lead contact rates.

We focused on aligning the Fetcher team through our Brand Sprint and Brand Story workshops. These sessions defined their core personality and value proposition, shaping the foundation for our communication strategy and the visual identity of the new brand. This essence flowed seamlessly into every visual design, illustration, UI component, and brand asset throughout the transformative process.

To ensure this is the case, our branding process is collaborative with our client from the word “go.” With Fetcher, this meant not just starting with our branding workshops, but also involving the client team in every step of the process, from the initial mood boards to the final iterations of the brand.

While we didn’t originally plan to touch Fetcher’s logo, once their brand had gotten a full makeover, we all agreed it was time to update the logo to match.
We ended up surpassing Fetcher’s expectations for their revamped identity, seamlessly merging the company's name, mission, and key features into a logo that tells a compelling story.
